Today, I met my friend (and avid reader of this blog) Wang Yangyong for lunch. Being from Xi'an, he is a fan of spicy foods -- and so am I. I took a picture of the menu so that if any of you dear friends in America would like me to bring back some of these key ingredients I'll see what I can do.We ordered "C4 - Little Medium Spicy" -- let me just say, you know it's going to be hot when they bring you a new packet of tissue to wipe the sweat off your face. Next time, I'm going for C6 - Medium Very Spicy".
